杨峰,男,工学博士,讲师。2019.8年加入北京工业大学,2018-2019在韩国成均馆大学做博士后研究员。2018.2博士毕业于韩国成均馆大学电子电气与计算机工程系, 2005-2012获河南师范大学物理学理学学士、材料物理与化学工学硕士。近五年相关发表SCI(E)论文5篇:其中,《Improved Interface of ZnO/CH3NH3PbI3 by a Dynamic Spin-Coating Process for Efficient Perovskite Solar Cells》已被web of science 收录期刊文章引用28次,受到了同行的认可。

研究兴趣:
有机/钙钛矿薄膜太阳能电池、多结薄膜太阳能电池、钙钛矿micro-LED器件、新型光电倍增型钙钛矿红外光电探测器件等的光电器件设计、制备与表征等;涉及钙钛矿薄膜存储器元器件、IGZO薄膜晶体管(TFT)的研究。
研究主要涉及光刻技术,湿法旋涂制膜,以及各种薄膜制备工艺;利用各种半导体参数表征设备进定性定量数据收集与分析,促进半导体芯片的工艺开发与改良;实验条件依托北京工业大学光电子技术教育部重点实验室。
