解意洋

解意洋,教授(博导)博士,中国科学院半导体研究所博士后。主要从事垂直腔面发射激光器及其模式特性控制方面的研究工作,作为项目主要完成人完成了国家“863”项目课题光子晶体垂直腔面发射激光器的研究(2008AA03Z402的研究工作,成功制备出基横模功率3.1mW,阈值电流0.9mA,边模抑制比大于35dB的低阈值电流光子晶体垂直腔面发射激光器。2012年在业内顶级的美国光通信年会(OFC/NFOEC)上口头报道了该成果(获邀在SPIE Newsroomlaser & sources版块进行报道)。通过对器件结构进一步优化,实现了对器件的偏振方向控制,制备出偏振稳定基横模VCSEL器件,其阈值电流为0.6mA,出光功率为1.3mW,,光谱线宽为40MHz。目前,已在国内外知名杂志发表论文二十余篇,申请发明专利多项。
