徐 晨


【个人简介】

北京工业大学 信息学部教授,博士生导师

光电子技术教育部重点实验室主任

国家重点研发计划“战略性先进电子材料”重点专项总体专家

主要从事半导体光电子材料和器件的研究教学工作

教育背景:西安交通大学(学士),上海科技大学(硕士),北京工业大学(博士)。
目前研究方向:微纳结构半导体光电子器件,石墨烯CVD生长及应用,大功率半导体激光器等。
主要成果:

主持和承担国家863计划、973计划、国家自然科学基金及其他国家和省部级重点科研项目几十项。研制出多种性能优异的半导体激光器、LED和探测器。其中高亮度红光LED技术成功实现产业化,获北京市科学技术一等奖。国家发明专利授权10余项。近几年在Appl Phys Lett, Opt Lett,IEEE系列等国际重要学术刊物上发表论文60余篇。培养博士和硕士研究生40余人。
